Kimberly Downs is a 22-year-old Las Vegas resident who works as a substitute teacher for the Clark County School District.  She is a graduate of the University of San Diego with plans to obtain her Masters in Education in order to become a high school biology teacher.

Kimberly will represent the Silver State of Nevada at the annual Miss Rodeo America Pageant during the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
